Connect, protect, explore, and inspire the world through aerospace innovation.

While being a UX/UI Design Researcher at Live Well Collaborative, I had the opportunity to co-lead a project for Boeing. This work is highly confidential, and I'm unable to showcase it or provide specific details. Below I've provided some information on the design methodologies and my involvement throughout the process.

Feel free to reach out with requests for discussion and further information.

Background

This project involved a multidisciplinary team, including members from design, engineering, and business disciplines.

Project Management: As a project co-lead with Alexis Begnoche, we oversaw a multidisciplinary team including co-ops and master students. I served as the primary point of contact for UX/UI and systems design work throughout the studio project.

Research: At the start, I led the social/cultural team through conducting secondary research, benchmarking, literature reviews, creation of archetypes and personas, and putting together interview guides.

Ideation: We then began brainstorming and ideation through various activities and design methods and conducting interviews to validate concepts via co-creation with stakeholders as a team. I worked with another designer to journey map the experience for each persona with each concept idea, synthesize our interviews and insights with data visualizations, and push further development of a few concepts.

Refinement: At this point, we had teams created for each concept. With a group of 3 other people, we continued refinement of our concept while receiving feedback from consumers and stakeholders. This included creating an information architecture, wireframes, screen prototypes, mockups, walkthroughs, and system diagrams.
